Fabric of Awareness, a personal and professional approach to business
By Invitation @ Blink Community,
Time: 10.00 to 13.00
ON the 1st June 2019, Visionled Global will commence the first Tokyo Open Space Immersion LAB, the ‘Fabric of Awareness; a Professional and Personal Discovery. This focuses upon Humane Integration, a caring approach to business. The sessions are the stepping stones for expanding thinking, understanding, engagement, creation, co-creation and more, that rely on our humane qualities. When we open up personal insight and perspective, we become creators in all we do in work and in life.
We are living in a rapidly changing, hyper-connected world and are facing increasingly global, complex, and dynamic problem situations such as income disparity, environmental crises, health management issues and aging populations. These complex or “wicked” problems cannot be adequately tackled from the sphere of individual disciplines, because they are not individual problems, they are interrelated and “intrinsically linked in a meta-system of problems”, and as such cannot be solved in isolation (Rittel et al., 1973; Özbekhan, 1970: 13)
We welcome you to join the Fabric of Awareness, a creative and interactive journey for learning ways of approach to discover values, ideas and drivers that influence your decisions and enable steps beyond past ways of doing. All sessions engage you in an inquiry to reveal possibilities beyond the surface of thinking, transitioning to further depth for personal and professional discovery, which emerges into form, you will learn to:
- Gain personal insights and perspectives, awakening to depth of leading with compassion and heart.
Form cohesive and integrated insight that makes work meaningful in the relationship between personal fulfilment and professional success. - Find purpose, create, innovate, integrate and step into a different realm through this transformational approach.
- Apply this creative approach to personal and professional projects.
- Explore ideas more freely and effectively through sharing with others
- Actively participate with diverse groups and transform how you work
- Explore from unknown directions through creative experimentation
- Inspire, create and implement – the organisation structure/ challenges, products and services.
The immersion LAB Commences: Wednesday 1st June until 6th July, at Blink Community, 3-1-6 Motoazabu Minato-ku Tokyo, Japan. (5 minutes from Roppongi Station)
