As organisations grow, organisations scale up to cater for increased production and or look for ways to increase efficiency. This has meant organisations have focused upon top down structure, management and productivity more than creativity or an ability to innovate.
Limitations due to a reluctance to explore beyond the current operating mindset into areas that engage personnel to discover, explore and be curious,(including the development of “soft skills”*) may potentially reduce the scope for humane innovation to be included and integrated as a functioning supportive and proactive element with in an organisational setting. *“soft skills” are comprised of social skills that demonstrate social and emotional intelligence.
If governments, corporations and educators are going to do something to bring new value to the organisation, they can only do that with a shift away from the main traditional way of operating, behaving and thinking.
Visionled Global’s interest is with regard to people, the ‘Human Element’, who work in that space, to refocus, awaken the ‘Human Element’ for the purpose they would be more inspired, motivating at work and in life and form “things” a culture in a more effective way, fundamentally what is antithetical to an organization.
As we engage to integrate rationale thinking (mind) and creator (heart) our way of ‘being’ human beings, we embrace being the creator, initiator and doer with relevance to the transformation of the 21st Century mindset. This transformation is a necessity for people to re-find meaning personally and professionally, leading to an evolution in life.
