Diana’s diverse background from art, aesthetics, fashion, to design for manufacturing, products and services along with business experience has lead her to establish a consultancy offering.
This comprises; The DoT Approach; ‘partner conversations’-mentoring, the “Fabric of Awareness” LAB open space immersion sessions. These address the human element, for personal and professional discovery (based in Tokyo/Sydney).
Engage – Taking the Helm Project and adjunct in house projects. In 2019 Diana commenced a MA by Research ( remote study) in the Faculty of Transdisciplinary Innovation, UTS, Australia. Due to COVID-19 she was unable to continue her research proposal and withdrew from the MA by research in 2021.
Diana designed and developed the (DoT) approach, the Fabric of Awareness, “it began through abstract painting and drawing exploration dovetailed with over 20 years working in industry and asking questions that enabled clients to discover alternate possibilities to emerge. This formed unexpected outcomes leading to strategic opportunities and more”.
In 2008, Diana met Richard Hill and began an explorative exchange on creativity and how the brain works. Richard is now an advisor in Human Dynamics and Neurobiology to Visionled Global, the DoT Approach. Diana studied with the mind science study group and was mentored by Richard Hill, in Human Dynamics and Interpersonal Neurobiology.
Diana’s experience spans manufacturing to service categories, including international work with clients in Australia, USA, India, Singapore and Japan.
“connecting people in organisations reveals awareness, it can form a profound shift, it enables participants to approach their profession and their life in a different way. They are equipped to apply this different way to challenges, working individually, privately or in transdisciplinary groups.”
